Supplier Network’s Winter Networking Event
Attention Supplier Network members — warm up western-urban style this winter at the exclusive Supplier Network Winter Networking event on January 22 at the Urban Saloon in the Fairmount/Art Museum district of Philadelphia. Come out from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. to reconnect with old Supplier Network colleagues, and cultivate new business relationships as you meet other program graduates at this free event.
The Supplier Network series connects small business owners and executives with the region’s foremost procurement officers. By enhancing their marketability and developing their business strategies, Supplier Network businesses bolster their qualifications to compete for contracts with the region’s larger companies. The series is seeing tangible results as more and more small companies — including woman-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned—are gaining direct business connection to the procurement executives and learning the secrets of securing contracts with large regional companies and government agencies.
The Supplier Network Winter Networking event is sponsored by Citizen’s Bank.
The spring series of Supplier Network starts in March. Attending this four session program will give you insight into the purchasing process of large companies and how to effectively market your company, locate requests for proposals, and vie for contracts. Since the program launch in 2005, close to 300 companies have been trained and designated as SN members, providing them with unique access to dozens of supporting organizations, and a competitive edge in dealing with procurement officers at any organization.
